I am a recruiter for Trustmark Bank, and I was given your contact
information by Greg LaFosse, Talent Development Manager at Trustmark. I am
assisting Greg in the recruitment process for an Organizational Development
Specialist II. Here are some of the qualifications we are looking for:

Four-year college degree in a related field -(Management, Human Resources,
or Organizational Behavior/Development)
1 ½ to 3 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR (this
includes internships, projects, and employment)
Minimum GPA of 3.0 (cumulative)
MDA training or Human Resources experience preferred
Master’s in Human Resources or I/O Psychology preferred
