an Organizational Development Specialist II. Here are some of the qualifications
we are looking for: </font>

field -(Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Behavior/Development)</font>
<br><font size="2" face="sans-serif">1 ½ to 3 years of experience in Organizational
Development or HR (this includes internships, projects, and employment)</font>
<br><font size="2" face="sans-serif">Minimum GPA of 3.0 (cumulative)</font>
<br><font size="2" face="sans-serif">MDA training or Human Resources experience
preferred</font>
<br><font size="2" face="sans-serif">Master’s in Human Resources or I/O
Psychology preferred</font>
