Dear Colleagues,

I hope your summer was good and that you are settling into a new fall
semester.  CSU just began this week.

Please see the invitation to the upcoming SCIE meeting on 20th September.
 There will be an Asian Council meeting the same afternoon at 3 o'clock in
Room 239.  The agenda is attached with the forwarded message.  Two
preliminary items for discussion will be the USG Goes Global Program and
the upcoming ASDP Annual Meeting in Atlanta (the Asia Council is partnering
with the East-West Center in Hawai'i to sponsor this conference).

Greetings, everyone. Attached is information for our fall meeting, which
will take place at Middle Georgia State University on September 20, 2019.
Registration is $35 through September 13; late registration is $45. Parking
pass and draft agenda are attached. Please note that there will be a
meeting specifically covering topics related to USG Goes Global between the
CISS/SAC meetings and the Regional Councils. At that discussion Tammy and
Coryn will share an implementation update and information about
opportunities to include new programs in USGGG. Members of all the Councils
are encouraged to attend this discussion.

If you have any items you'd like to add to the main agenda, please let me
know.
