Hey Folks,
Here are some new openings at Raymond James. Amy is a USF Alumn and I
think she would be a great person to reach out to.

Raymond James is growing the Organizational Effectiveness team. See below
for opportunities available now.

*Manager, Organizational Effectiveness *

Are you a strategic thinker? Do you enjoy building talent solutions that
utilize sound practices and fit the unique needs of an organization? Are
you a change agent who can influence senior leaders and key stakeholders,
while understanding that patience and persistence are key when driving
large-scale organizational progress? If so, this may be the role for you.

As the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you will have an opportunity
to design, update, and implement strategies, tools, and processes to
support talent management. Primary areas of focus will be 360 feedback
assessments, competency models, engagement surveys and action planning, and
a number of other organizational surveys and initiatives. The ideal
candidate is someone who has a Master’s degree (doctorate preferred) and
three to five years of experience in a similar function.

The Manager will also lead the work of two team members who support OE
processes. As such, some leadership experience is preferred.

*Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness *

Do you have impeccable organizational skills? Do you thrive in a
fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment? Do you want to apply
your training and experience with survey design, analytics, and project
management to your work within a team of I/O psychologists?

As the Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness, you will serve as the project
manager for the team and will execute the strategies for 360s, employee
engagement, surveys, etc. The ideal candidate has received training in or
has attained experience with conducting surveys and would like to apply
their knowledge and experience to managing survey projects from start to
finish. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone with a graduate
degree who wants to learn more about how talent management practices are
implemented in an applied setting and use this role to build a career in HR.

*Associate, Organizational Effectiveness *

Are you conscientious and detail-oriented? Do you enjoy creating order out
of chaos? Do you want to learn more about how HR supports an organization’s
broader talent and business strategies?

As an Associate, you will coordinate and administer activities that support
the team’s OE tools and processes, such as launching surveys and survey
communications, analyzing data, and compiling reports. The ideal candidate
for this role has a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Psychology, and
wants to build a career in the HR function.

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions about these roles.
