Subject: Please help us advertise COEHS scholarships

Dear faculty,

                        As you are beginning to create your course shells
and prepare for Spring semester, please help us in getting the word out
about the scholarship opportunities offered by your department and the
College of Education and Human Services.  The deadline is February 15 for
accepting applications.  I have attached an image (jpg.) and text (MWord)
document above so that you may post this information as a news announcement
in your Blazeview course shell.  Also, please announce this opportunity at
the beginning of your classes.  Lastly, the first week of Spring semester
sometime a GA will be placing hard copy flyers in your mailbox to either
post in the classroom, on your office door, and/or copy and hand out to
interested students.
