Alisha: it is good to hear from you. I am certain we have current students
or recent graduates who would be interested in this opportunity. I have
copied Dr. Jeremy Bauer on this email. He is the new coordinator of the I/O
Program. I am retiring at the end of spring term and have been "phasing"
out my direct involvement with recent I/O student cohorts. Dr. Bauer will
pass this information on to current students and recent graduates. Note
that this not Dr. Bob Bauer, he retired about 4 years ago.

Hi Larry

I hope this finds you doing well!  I’m reaching out to see if you have any
I/O students or pending graduates who might be interested in an opportunity
in organizational development.  We have an entry level position in our
organization but want someone with solid foundations to help us build out
resources and work on continuous improvement.  I immediately thought of how
much I appreciated my own org development internship with Becky years ago
and how it helped my own growth and development.  We could do this as an
internship or as a full time position.  Ultimately, we’d like someone to
join us full time but if you have some budding talent that hasn’t quite
graduated, we could explore that as well.  Not sure of the interests of
your current students and if you have anyone leaning in this direction.
I’d love to talk with anyone who might have interest.
