*POSITION:* Manager, Global Talent Management
*LOCATION:* York, PA
*INDUSTRY:  *Manufacturing
*REQUIREMENTS:*

   - Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology or Business (Master’s degree in
   HR/Psychology or MBA is preferred)
   - 8-10 years Human Resources management experience, at least 3 of which
   must be in a talent management or OD leadership role.
   - ?Manufacturing industry experience in a global organization is highly
   preferred.
   - Travel: Approximately 15% travel will be required.  As necessitated by
   projects, occasional higher percentage may be required and/or international
   travel.
