I had arthroscopic knee surgery two weeks ago.  I had hoped to be up to driving from Augusta to Macon to attend the meetings, but I am not yet.  Please excuse me.  I will try my best to come in September.

Dear Colleagues,

The Asia Council is scheduled to meet this Friday afternoon, 25th January, from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at Middle Georgia State University in Macon. This meeting is in conjunction with the USG System Council for International Education (SCIE) meeting, which is held the same morning. I have attached the SCIE agenda and meeting minutes for you to review.

Can you please send me any agenda items that you would like to discuss?  Thus far, the agenda items are:

  *   Summer Study Abroad Program Updates
  *   Changes and New Regulations to Agency Accounts (also being discussed at the SCIE morning meeting)
  *   Spring 2019 Faculty Development Workshop
  *   Spring 2019 ASDP (Asian Studies Development Program) Meeting in Nashville
  *   Spring 2020 ASDP Annual Meeting (Co-hosted by us, the Asia Council) in Atlanta
  *   Updating Roster of Active Members
