[asiacouncil] ASDP 2019 Atlanta proposal

Asia Council colleagues:

I am resending the ASDP 2019 Atlanta proposal and have asked David to add it to the agenda Friday.  If approved, we can move forward with presenting it to the ASDP national leadership, and if need be, discussing it with them at the upcoming conference March 1-3.  Just as a reminder, the national conference is held in D.C during even years, and in host cities odd years.  Council member Eric Spears has served on the ASDP / East-West Center Alumni Association since 2014, and council member Liam Madden has solid contacts with the national leadership team, as well.
