All,

Thanks for the quick responses.  Two things:


2.) The meeting this fall is Monday, Sept. 25, not Saturday (or Friday).


3.) For the discussion regarding non-USG membership in Council program, several of you have pointed to the recent changes in the SCIE bylaws defining how non - USG institutions may participate.   Jeff Brown has provided me with a copy of the European Council's MOU to be signed with non-USG institutes.  Thanks.
