<p>2.) The meeting this fall is <span style="background-color: rgb(0, 255, 0);">Monday</span>, Sept. 25, not Saturday (or Friday).</p>

<p>3.) For the discussion regarding non-USG membership in Council program, several of you have pointed to the recent changes in the SCIE bylaws defining how non - USG institutions may participate. Jeff Brown has provided me with a copy of the European Council's
MOU to be signed with non-USG institutes. Thanks. </p>
