<div style="color:#505050;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;line-height:150%;text-align:left">The Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) is offering a summer internship in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (or related fields) to a graduate student currently enrolled in a full-time masters or Ph.D. accredited program. The traditional internship at HumRRO is a paid, full-time opportunity and includes a housing stipend and paid vacation. This year we will have internship opportunities in our Alexandria, VA office.<br>
<br>
HumRRO is looking for a responsible, motivated team player with strong technical and communication skills to assist in our contract research activities. HumRRO project directors will provide technical supervision and mentoring to help make the most of the intern's exposure to and experience with our applied research setting. Selection is competitive and will be based on a review of application materials and references for evidence of research promise, academic achievement, and writing ability.<br>

Application materials for the summer internship must arrive to HumRRO on or before <strong>February 5, 2018</strong>. Applications must include:
<ol>
<li>a curriculum vitae/detailed resume;</li>
<li>a one-page personal statement of career goals and internship interests;</li>
<li>official transcript(s) of all graduate work;</li>
<li>contact information for two references (i.e., the name, title, address, phone number, and e-mail address); and</li>
<li>completed <a href="https://humrro.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d42825596e2fa994292fa7892&id=4ea0369133&e=ca450f6261" style="color:#336699;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">Statistical Packages and Data Analysis Questionnaire</a>.</li>
