The Cuyahoga County Personnel Review Commission is currently recruiting
Master’s-level IO graduates to fill a vacancy for Classification and
Compensation Specialist. This position is primarily responsible for
conducting job analyses to create new classification specifications and
maintain the county’s class plan. The incumbent is also responsible for
conducting salary surveys and performing other compensation-related tasks
to assist in establishing the county’s non-bargaining compensation plan. If
you know of any individuals interested in public-sector classification and
compensation, we would greatly appreciate you passing along this
