Needed: Content Experts to Validate a business behavioral Assessment

We are seeking at least a dozen volunteer subject-matter experts in
industrial and organizational psychology or a related field to assess the
content validity of a behavioral assessment tool. (This could be a good way
for Ph.D. students to build their resume.) The purpose of this study is to
have subject matter experts examine the item alignment of a well-known
behavioral assessment that is used extensively in the business world. This
information will be used to determine whether descriptors can be aligned
with the four-tool domains. Your identity, affiliation, and responses will
be kept confidential and only aggregated data will be reported. Final
results will be used internally for continuous assessment improvement, as
well as presented as assessment documentation to the British Psychological
Society and the Mental Measurement Yearbook.

The review will take approximately 30-minutes to classify each of the 96
items into one or more of four content domains. A 15-minutes follow up
survey will be sent upon completion to classify the 96 items on a
negative/positive likert continuum.

rjb at unl.edu and include a short resume or CV. If chosen you will be
provided a rating form to be completed within two weeks from the receipt of
the survey.
