Lockheed Martin’s Space System business is talented Human Resources intern
to provide HR support to the U.S. Navy to maintain a reliable and credible
U.S. strategic deterrent for issues related to Fleet Ballistic Missile
(FBM) Program and the Navy’s guided missile submarine fleet in Kings Bay,
GA (located just north of the Florida-Georgia border).  Candidate will be
placed in a teaming environment where they will work on projects that align
with the company's HR strategy. Each HR Intern will obtain hands on
experience through projects that will be assigned in HR functional areas
such as: Total Rewards and Performance Management; Labor Relations; Talent
and Organizational Capability; Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity
Programs; and Workforce Strategy, Analytics, and Talent Acquisition.
Assignments are based on business needs coupled with the candidate's
education, experience, and career interests. This position requires special
access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a
US Citizen.

*Basic Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in an HR-related major:  HR or HR
Management*;* Business Administration (HR concentration);
Industrial-Organizational Psychology

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

*Desired Skills*

Previous experience with managing large projects
