Hi Dr. Wiley!


I hope you are doing well.

Lorena and I are looking for one or two students that would be interested
in interning with the SSC this semester and through the summer. This would
be an unpaid internship but they could earn class/practicum credit for
their time. I'd be more than happy to tailor the internship to the skills
they wish to acquire. We would prefer if they already have a job
or graduate assistant-ship elsewhere on campus so that they are already in
ADP but it isn't a necessity.



Depending on their interests, some activities that they might work on
include:

   - Survey creation and data analysis using Qualtrics
   - Help in developing, evaluating, and improving student employee
   training within our office
   - Promoting our office across campus through flier creation
   - Timecard data entry in ADP (navigation, matching payroll pay codes,
   troubleshooting errors, checking for accuracy and university policy/legal
   compliance)
   - Help coach student employees on customer service skills
   - Learn basic financial skills like how to project a payroll budget
