Hey Dr. Wiley,



Hope you are doing well! We may have an Human Resources Business Partner
position open at the Target Distribution Center in Tifton, but I will not
know for sure until a few weeks from now. If we do, I wanted to reach out
to see if you had any students that you could think of that would be
interested in Human Resources specifically.



This role is not a generalist, so there is no payroll, benefits management,
etc. The main function of the role is to act as a partner to the Senior
team in the building. This includes: talent management and strategies, team
culture and engagement, operation and business strategy support. Examples
of specific tasks include ensuring consistent approaches across the
building in regards to policies and policy management, evaluating and
determine approaches to improving team member and executive engagement,
developing staffing strategies for recruiting, hiring, and turnover to
support the business, etc. So more of developing strategic approaches to
problem solving rather than always executing the solution.



Can you think of anyone off the top of your head that would be a good
candidate for a position like this? Your help would be greatly appreciated!!
