Dr. Bauer,


As you know, I currently work in VSU's accounting department as a
research assistant. I am working on a research project with
publication intentions that involves looking at ways organizations can
internally develop more women executive leaders.


As per my graduation this summer, we are looking for my successor to
take over the project. My supervisor, Dr. Lynn Jones of the accounting
department, would prefer an I/O psychology student seeing as this is
subject related research and will require skills in survey data
analysis.


Students can access and apply to the opening, which is posted from now
until July 24th. Please forward this message to anyone that would be
interested in the opportunity, and if any students have questions
