Good Morning:

Attached is a workshop proposal from Paul Rodell & Jonathan Leightner. Please review this along with the earlier proposal from Eric.

I've received a number of emails from Asia Council members who will not be able to attend the meeting on the 25th. It may be necessary to look at an alternative way to evaluate and select proposals if we don't have enough institutions to reach a decision.
We can address this at the meeting or discuss via email in advance. Any suggestions?

Attached please find Jonathan Leightner and my response to your appeal for workshop proposals. We have put some time and thought into this and believe that it will be a solid beginning for a series of thematic workshops on Asia.
