Attached is the Asia Council agenda for our meeting today at 2pm.  I'll also share this at the virtual meeting.

My goal is to finish no later than 3pm.  As such, we'll move through the first nine items rather efficiently so that we can focus our attention on #10: Spring Faculty Development Workshop (primarily points D & E, logistics and focus).
