Asian Council colleagues:

I would like to highly recommend the new PBS series Asian Americans on Georgia Public Broadcasting that had just premiered, which can also be viewed on your computer or streamed through GPB on your TV (with applicable services or devices that allow for streaming).

Description from the website
Asian Americans is a five-hour film series that delivers a bold, fresh perspective on a history that matters today, more than ever. As America becomes more diverse, and more divided while facing unimaginable challenges, how do we move forward together? Told through intimate personal stories, the series will cast a new lens on U.S. history and the ongoing role that Asian Americans have played.

Each episode is one hour, though 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 are combined into two-part episodes. I've already watched one (early immigration, focusing on Chinese, but also including Indian and Filipino) and two (WWII era, with emphasis on Japanese internment, but also content on Chinese and Korean Americans).
